THE IMPORTANCE OF PLASTIC ANATOMY IN SHAPING THE PROFESSIONAL MASTERY OF ARTISTS AND DESIGNERS AT NAFFA

Abstract. Introduction. The article explores the significance of plastic anatomy in the professional training of artists and designers, exemplified by the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (NAOMA). It is established that modern artistic education requires not only classical anatomical knowledge but also its integration with digital technologies and interdisciplinary approaches.

Problem Statement. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to develop comprehensive artistic thinking, spatial perception, understanding of proportions, rhythm, and body dynamics, enabling the creation of realistic and conceptual images across various art forms.

The purpose of the study is to identify the methodological role of plastic anatomy in developing students’ creative competence and artistic identity.

Methods include analysis of scientific publications, comparison of NAOMA’s practices with European academies, systematization, and synthesis of teaching experiences.

Results indicate that combining classical training with digital technologies and interdisciplinary approaches allows students to effectively enhance spatial thinking, analytical and creative skills, form holistic artistic competence, and engage in experimental practices.

Conclusion. The study concludes that plastic anatomy is a key component in shaping professional mastery of modern artists, serving as a bridge between scientific knowledge, artistic thinking, and innovative media.

Traditional folk clothes of velikobychkovsky hutsuly of XIX — the first half of XX century
In the study based upon numerous field materials, literature sources as well as ethnographic, historio-cultural and regional museum collections has been performed complex analysis in traditional folk clothes by Hutzul population of Velyky Bychkiv village in Transcarpathian region. Detailed descriptions of femi­nine and masculine clothing complexes of the mentioned area have been presented. In characterizing of those main attention has been paid to the detail of cut in separate components of dress; cut of feminine shirt has been added as an illustration.

On field exploration of russian and belarusian ethnologists and etnolinguists in Ukrainian Polisia 1945—1980s
In the study based on a wide range of literary materials have been comprehensively characterised field research in Polisia of Ukraine, performed by Russian and Belarusian ethnologists during 1945—1980s as well as Moscow ethnolinguists and other researchers from ethnologic centres of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus in the course of realization of Ethnolinguistic Atlas of Polisia program. Particular attention has been paid to geography, methods, themes and research results of scientific projects.
