ORGANIZATION OF A SAFE ENVIRONMENT OF CHILDREN‘S INSTITUTIONS USING VISUAL MEANS

Abstract. The purpose of this article is to draw the attention of the world public to the need to find a modern design of bomb shelters and shelters for children; to systematize the artistic and design means of organizing the premises of preschool institutions and to offer options for creative solutions for the real premises of the kindergarten in Kharkiv
The object of this study is a safe shelter environment in children’s institutions, the subject of the study is visual means of organizing a comfortable environment for children.
The modern public day environment of domestic and foreign children’s preschools, the environment of children’s rooms in private residential buildings or apartments were studied.
The environment of Ukrainian bomb shelters in the basements of libraries and cultural centers, where children were during airstrikes, was separately investigated.
The research highlighted such artistic aspects of space organization as wall paintings, designer mobile furniture, elements of artificial lighting, corners of living nature.
The result of the study is the systematization of art and design visual tools, which can be used to create a universal safe environment for children to stay in during emergency situations.
