Abstract. The paper is dedicated to bicentennial tradition of Gutsuls` folk adornment glassbeaded decoration and its local displays at the level of ethnic art zones and centers. Three stages of development are summarized. The original creativity paradigm accords to each stage. The propellant of tradition transformation process is its passionatecreative potential. Depending on its level tradition may be in different phases: conception, primary development, creative exaltation, reverb, actualization. Each phase is characterized with different scales and different folk art qualitative characteristics. Graphics of passionatecreative potential apple`s vision methods of local variety art traditions of Bukovyna`s, Galician and Zakarpattia`s Hutsulshchyna.
